  • Communities In Schools of Benton-Franklin supports 28 schools across Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, Finley, and Prosser, deploying full-time Student Support Coordinators to offer on-campus help to students and families (including group and individual plans).  NBC Tri-Cities

  • Health officials are investigating a salmonella outbreak linked to Live It Up Super Greens powders — one Benton County resident was hospitalized — while 45 people across 21 states have been infected.   • Two participants graduated from Benton County’s Therapeutic Recovery Court on Wednesday after completing a rigorous program with regular court check-ins & treatment sessions that required sobriety and personal commitment.
