- ➤ A woman allegedly high on narcotics drove her car into a truck during a child custody dispute this morning in Benton County, breaking a windshield with a rock while keeping an eight-year-old and a one-year-old inside; sheriffs pinned the car, negotiated for 24 minutes until she opened a window to let the children exit, and arrested her for multiple crimes—then they responded to a domestic violence call where an intoxicated man reportedly hit his wife and was taken to a hospital for evaluation—ensuring all were safe.
