Good morning, Pasco.

Green to Go, owned by former councilman Steve Lee and his wife, will open its second location at 4525 Road 68 Suite J in a retail area (with Shakey's Pizza and Firestone Tires) by early May.

The move follows concerns that its Road 90 store did not draw enough traffic.

City leaders in Pasco are using strategic financial incentives to attract new businesses while protecting taxpayers, employing tax increment financing + transportation impact fees that require each project to meet benchmarks for job creation, infrastructure upgrades, and increased sales tax revenue.
