EDUCATION NEWS

  • Leaders from United Way Benton and Franklin counties say the state’s proposed budget may cut funding for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library Program—which sends free books to children from birth to age five and may force the program to cover the cost of over 55,000 books—if Governor Bob Ferguson rejects the budget decision coming Tuesday.  KEPR

  • Tri-Cities Airport received a $7 million FAA grant to expand its terminal and triple the baggage makeup room as part of a decade-long redevelopment plan.
