- ➤ Construction is underway for the new $40.4M Pasco Aquatics Center in Broadmoor — the 47,000-square-foot facility will feature indoor attractions such as two lazy rivers, water slides, and an indoor natatorium, plus outdoor amenities including a climbing wall that will run seasonally. - ➤ The Kennewick Fruit + Produce Company Building, one of the Tri-Cities' oldest commercial sites, was officially listed on July 7 by the National Park Service after nomination by the state preservation department.
