- ➤ PNNL will host its AI for Good event on Sept. 19 at Washington State University Tri-Cities Collaboration Hall where educators, business professionals, entrepreneurs and community members will learn practical AI skills—attendees will take home a personal prompt library as the lab celebrates its 60th anniversary. - ➤ Washington Conservation Corps is recruiting young adults, military veterans, and those with disabilities for over 250 environmental service positions starting Oct. 1 through next September. Applicants interviewed on a rolling basis will work on tasks like removing invasive plants, restoring habitats, and helping during local disasters — they receive a living allowance, health care, and professional training.
