- ➤ On Sept.2, Pasco Free Masons Lodge #173 presented a $1,000 check to Laura Kuprat, Chapter Coordinator of Project Linus Tri-Cities—an organization that last year donated over 150 handmade blankets to Shrine Children's Hospital to help provide warmth for seriously ill children. NBC Tri-Cities

- ➤ Kennewick officers responded at 1:16 a.m. on Saturday to a report of gang spray paint on a construction site on West 22nd and later intercepted a vehicle on West 23rd Court where 18-year-old Samuel Escamilla was wrestled to the ground after trying to flee with a loaded Glock and a 30-round clip—45-year-old Alvin Guajardo was also arrested for trespassing. 610 KONA
