- ➤ On November 26, the Columbia Ability Alliance opened the Nexus Youth Club in Tri-Cities to offer kids with disabilities a safe space to socialize and learn social skills. - ➤ Pasco officials have appealed to the community to sponsor wreaths for every one of the 970 veterans at City View Cemetery this December — with only about half of the veterans currently guaranteed a wreath. - ➤ Research from the University of Rochester shows that rural areas lost 11% of their family doctors from 2017 to 2023 as heavy caseloads and fewer medical students choosing family practice worsened the shortage.
