- ➤ Pasco hosts the Tri-Cities Holiday Expo on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday at the HAPO Center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; more than 100 local vendors will sell holiday items while Santa visits and a kids zone offers crafts, and a Festival of Trees featuring 50 decorated trees is available for purchase—proceeds will benefit the Benton-Franklin Humane Society along with a $500 giveaway. - ➤ South College Avenue will be closed from 5:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Dec. 4 because the Winter Fest Light Up the Avenue Parade will use the street from 10th Street to Whitman Drive and staging will occur on SW Bade Avenue with access limited to local residents; the parade will start at 6 p.m. at the corner of South College Avenue and SW 9th Street.
